BC Game License

The BC Game license is the formal gambling authorisation that permits the platform to offer online gaming services in its licensed jurisdiction. The licence is issued and supervised by an independent gambling authority, which sets the regulatory standards for fair play, data protection, and player security.

This licensing framework defines where the game service can legally operate, the validity period of the permission to operate, and the obligations that apply to the brand. You can review the licence details to understand how your protection, transaction security, and game fairness are supervised according to recognised international gambling and gaming standards.

Excluded Areas

The BC Game license does not cover operations in certain countries or regions, so the platform does not offer the game service in those locations. These exclusions apply to all versions of the service, including the main site, mobile site, apps, and any related platforms.

The following areas are excluded from licensed operations:

  • United States of America, Regulatory ban and no licence coverage for online gambling services
  • United Kingdom, Local regulator restrictions and separate licence requirements for gaming
  • Netherlands, National gambling regulator restrictions and absence of local game licence
  • Spain, Local licensing regime for online gaming and no approved licence for the service
  • France, Regulatory ban for this type of game service and no licence coverage
  • Italy, Local gambling licence requirement not met by the current licence
  • Australia, National regulations that prohibit this kind of online gambling service
  • Singapore, Strict gambling regulations and regulator restrictions on foreign operators
  • North Korea, National restrictions on online gaming and gambling activities
  • Iran, Domestic legal ban on online gambling and related gaming services
  • Syria, Local legal prohibitions on gambling and no licence coverage
  • Sudan, National rules against online gambling and gaming services
  • Crimea region, International and local restrictions affecting gambling legality
  • Curaçao, Local territorial restriction connected to regulatory and licensing rules

Waiver of Brand Ownership

BC Game is a brand and online gaming service and is not the legal owner of the companies that hold the original licence game approvals from the relevant regulator. The brand does not manage those companies and does not act as their legal representative.

The brand has no financial, managerial, or other controlling interest in the licensed companies that operate under the regulator's authority. The licence holder company alone is responsible for day to day management, business decisions, and compliance with the gambling and gaming rules that apply. The brand cannot influence operational or management decisions taken by the licence holder and is not responsible for any action, omission, or legal violation by that company. Any complaint, legal claim, or dispute related to the operation of the game licence must be addressed directly to the relevant company or to the competent gambling regulator, in line with the applicable law.

License Verification System

A dedicated licence and seal verification system is available so that you can confirm the current status and authenticity of the BC Game license. You can use this tool to check if the licence is active and whether the online gambling and gaming activity is operating under valid authorisation at the time you access the service.

This licence verification feature is a digital status check tool hosted or approved by the gambling regulator. All texts, images, seals, logos, and related materials shown in the verification pages are the intellectual property of the regulator or the respective rights holders. The content is protected by copyright and other legal rights, and any copying, modification, or reuse for commercial or other purposes is prohibited unless you have written permission from the rights holder. Any misuse of the regulator's materials, seals, or verification content may lead to legal penalties or other regulatory action under the applicable law.

Trademarks

All trademarks, logos, and other commercial identifiers appearing on the BC Game site, apps, or related services are protected rights owned by the relevant rights holder, which can be the licence holding company or the gambling regulator. Use of these marks is restricted and subject to intellectual property and trademark law.

Ownership of these identifiers covers more than just domain names and registered marks and also includes brand style elements such as layout, icons, and graphic design that identify the gaming service. Any unauthorised copying, imitation, distribution, or other use of these protected elements is not allowed. Violation of these rights may result in legal liability, including civil claims or regulatory enforcement according to the law that applies in the concerned jurisdiction.
